This course covers hematological abnormalities and their relationship to blood disorders. The student will receive instruction regarding clinical laboratory instrumentation and techniques, such as flow cytometry and genetic analysis, used to diagnose and monitor hematological conditions. Pre-requisite: admission into Clinical Laboratory Science graduate program.
