Jason Borillo, MS, PA-C

Jason R. Borillo, MS, PA-C, is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies in the School of Health Professions at UTMB. A native Virginian, Mr. Borillo graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1998. He earned his Master of Science at Baylor College of Medicine in December of 2005. Since 2006, Mr. Borillo has served the community as a family medicine physician assistant and the lead mid-level practitioner at Coastal Health and Wellness at the Galveston County Health District.

Mr. Borillo has continually shown interest serving the uninsured. As an undergraduate, he served as a clinic supervisor at the Charlottesville Free Clinic. During PA school, he was the Community Service Chair and volunteered at the Luke Society in Galveston. Mr. Borillo is also a National Health Service Corps alumnus. Since 2007, he has served as a clinical preceptor for The University of Texas Medical Branch and Baylor College of Medicine physician assistant students. In 2013, he joined the Department of Physician Assistant Studies at UTMB as an instructor.

Aside from his clinical and teaching duties, Mr. Borillo can easily be found at one of our many fine local golf courses.
