Biography
Helen Rogers, PhD, PT, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy in the School of Health Professions (SHP) at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from UTMB, her Master of Arts in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and her Doctorate of Philosophy in Rehabilitation Sciences from UTMB.
Dr. Rogers is the primary instructor for Neuromuscular Dysfunction I (SCI) and II (ABI). Her recent research/publications involve Functional Electrical Stimulation for treatment of gait dysfunction in CVA and MS.
