Biography

Diana Riddle, MSTM, MLS(ASCP)cmSBBcm is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences in the School of Health Professions (SHP) at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB).

Ms. Riddle received an Associate of Applied Science (2001) and Bachelor of Science (2014) in Clinical Laboratory Science from Arkansas State University. She also received a Specialist of Blood Banking (2018) certificate and a MS in Transfusion Medicine (2020) from the University of Texas Medical Branch.

She has 20 years of experience as a laboratorian in both the clinical and educational settings. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate students in the CLS, SBB, and MSTM programs. Her research interests include predictors of educational success, blood group genetics, and the immune response in transfusion medicine.
